Saint-Ulric is a municipality in the province of Quebec, Canada, located in the Regional County Municipality of La Matanie. Saint-Ulric is located on the St. Lawrence River on the south slope 400 km northeast of Quebec City and 300 km west of Gaspé. At this height, the river is called “the sea” because of its width and its salt water.
