Mosaiculture The Man Who Planted Trees take place until mid-October to Faubourgs Park, located at the entrance of the city, at the exit of the Jacques Cartier Bridge. Inspired by designs from the animated movie illustrator and filmmaker Frédéric Back had drawn from the news of Jean Giono, the spectacular vegetable sculpture was a flagship implement Mosaiculture International Montreal 2013.

Every day, thousands of citizens and visitors who use the Jacques Cartier Bridge will admire this horticultural masterpiece. Consisting of nearly 35,000 plants and flowers, the work has 10 rooms Mosaïculture: the shepherd Elzéard Bouffier, measuring more than 5 meters, her purse, her dog, six sheep and a ram.
