The largest spring migratory staging area for snow geese. End of March, in Baie-du-Febvre, the fields are still flooded. Flooded, but not deserted, as thousands of snow geese have made their food rallying point. They come here in groups of several thousands at a time, from late March jusqu’àla mid-May. This is usually in mid-April that we can observe the most. Baie-du-Febvre, this is the place where, technically, there are more geese in the spring, it is never the same, the number varies from year to year.
