Sainte-Ursule Falls

Sainte-Ursule ( Mauricie )

At this site, the Maskinongé river is transformed into seven, very distinct, succeeding waterfalls. Some are gently cascading, while others rage through rocky cliffs, and the largest has a 30-m drop. Take a stroll along footpaths and stop at the lookout, which offers an unobstructed view of the site. This is an ideal spot for a family outing and nature picnic.

This enchanting site with breathtaking landscapes is a gateway to the Rivers’ Road tourist circuit (signposted Route des Rivières). The magnificent Maskinongé River, with its falls cascading down 70 metres (230 feet), will treat you to a grandiose show no matter the season. Discover the splendours of the surrounding forest with hiking trails, wood footbridges, a suspended bridge and lookout.

Enjoy your stay even longer by renting one of the park’s fully equipped chalets or a site for your RV. Food service, playgrounds and picnic tables will make your vacation all the more enjoyable. In winter, the hiking trails are converted into cross-country ski and snowshoe trails to delight outdoor enthusiasts. More than ever, Parc des chutes de

Sainte-Ursule is a four-season destination.
